G Single Progressive Cavity Pump
G Series Single Progressive Cavity Pump is a positive displacement pump based on the eccentric screw operating principle. The pump consists mainly of two key components: a single eccentric helical rotor and an elastomeric double helical stator. During operation, the rotor rotates eccentrically inside the stator, creating a series of continuously moving sealed cavities that transfer the medium smoothly from the inlet to the outlet.
Due to its unique progressive cavity structure, the pump can provide a constant flow rate with stable pressure, low internal turbulence and minimal shear force. The medium is transported gently without vortex formation or excessive agitation, making it suitable for handling viscous, abrasive and sensitive fluids.
