I-1B Progressive Cavity Pump (Underflow Pump)
I-1B Progressive Cavity Pump is a single eccentric screw positive displacement pump, specially designed for transferring high-viscosity fluids, concentrated slurries and media containing suspended particles. The pump works through the relative rotation between the single helix rotor and the double helix elastomer stator, forming continuously moving sealed cavities that transfer the medium smoothly from the suction side to the discharge side.
Due to its unique progressive cavity structure, the pump provides stable flow, low pulsation and excellent self-priming performance. It can handle difficult media such as sludge, slurry, viscous liquids and mixtures containing solid particles without damaging the medium structure.
The I-1B series pump features a simple structure, reliable operation, low noise and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceutical production, food processing, brewing, papermaking, environmental protection and other industries where accurate and stable transfer of viscous or abrasive fluids is required.
